A closed loop cooling system data center colocated with the Campbell plant could use the Campbell’s wastewater and help us actually resolve environmental issues. It also would not require any backup generator system because the Campbell units are so reliable. And it could be designed with no more noise than a regular office building for neighbors. And it could be used to reduce our local electric bills. I hope people will keep an open mind about this possibility. I fully grant most data centers do harm to local residents, but one could be built alongside the Campbell which would do us good.
