Net Zero, AI data centers, robotic revolution, and more are all upon us now and in the coming months and next few years. Will we move from reliable fossil fuel plants to unreliable solar? Will AI data centers be added into our area grid, and under what conditions? How will AI-controlled robots be added onto our area grid?
We have legal mechanisms to obtain a locally elected electric cooperative board, but we need the political will to get this local control. If we wait too long, outside parties will decide for us what we have, and that may be very detrimental to our local interests.
Please help us get township boards and the Ottawa County board on board with participation on the Exploratory Committee for a Locally Controlled Electric Cooperative.
